ORDERING MERCHANDISE:

THERE IS NO MINIMUM ORDER TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA FAX, EMAIL OR IN PERSON.  A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BEGIN PRODUCTION. THE BALANCE OF THE ORDER IS TO BE PAID UPON NOTIFICATION THAT THE ORDER IS COMPLETE AND READY TO SHIP. ORDERS WILL BE RELEASED FOR SHIPMENT ONCE THE BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL. ALL ORDERS ARE ON A WILL CALL BASIS.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS:

WE APPRECIATE THE NEED TO BE DIFFERENT, WE RESPECT INDIVIDUALITY; CUSTOM AND PRIVATE LABEL ORDERS ARE WELCOMED. ALL CATALOG PIECES ARE AVAILABLE IN MANY DIFFERENT WOODS AND FINISHES. FOR CUSTOM SLAB ORDERS, WE WILL PROVIDE PHOTOS BASED ON THE CLIENT’S SPECIFICATIONS, ALONG WITH ESTIMATED PRICING. SLABS WILL BE PURCHASED ONCE PHOTOS ARE APPROVED AND DEPOSIT RECEIVED. LOCAL CLIENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO VISIT THE SHOP AND REVIEW SLABS WHEN THEY ARRIVE. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.

 

SHIPPING:

ALL ORDERS ARE WILL CALL. WE WILL MAKE ARRAIGNMENTS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP VIA AMERICAN WEST UNLESS ANOTHER CARRIER HAS BEEN REQUESTED

 

STORAGE OF MERCHANDISE:

7TH & SEVENTH DESIGNS IS UNABLE TO STORE MERCHANDISE AT OUR FACTORY AFTER COMPLETION.  ARRAIGNMENTS FOR PICK UP / SHIPPING MUST BE SCHEDULED WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF NOTIFICATION THAT AN ORDER IS COMPLETE. AFTER TWO WEEKS THERE WILL BE A STORAGE FEE OF 25% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE REQUIRED TO HOLD THE PIECES FOR UP TO 30 DAYS. IF THIS 25% FEE IS NOT PAID OR THE TIME EXCEEDS 30 DAYS, 7TH & SEVENTH DESIGNS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SELL THE MERCHANDISE.

 

CLAIMS:

7TH & SEVENTH DESIGNS IS IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES THAT OCCUR DURING SHIPPING OR BY FREIGHT COMPANIES. PLEASE INSPECT DELIVERIES UPON RECEIPT AND CONTACT YOUR FREIGHT COMPANY IMMEDIATELY IF ANY DAMAGES HAVE OCCURRED.
